Captain JaC's Hideaway sits right on the St. Lawrence River at 92 Kerry Point Road in Mallorytown, Ontario, in the heart of the Thousand Islands. It's a relaxed, family-friendly retreat for up to 6 guests, with three places to spread out.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a bright living area with river views and a fully equipped kitchen. Cook a meal to enjoy on the deck overlooking the water, or curl up by the fireplace on cooler nights. There's a dishwasher, and you'll also find fast WiFi, a TV, a washer, air conditioning and heating.
The riverfront king bunkie is a private hideaway of its own, with a king bed, an electric fireplace and a coffee setup. You wake up to the river right outside.
The games bunkie is the spot for friendly competition and rainy afternoons.
Outside, the private dock is your launch point. Kayaks, canoes, tubes, fishing gear and life jackets are on hand, and there's room to tie up your own boat at the dock, so you can paddle among the islands, swim, fish, or just watch the freighters go by. The big yard has room for kids to run. Breakfast comes off the griddle on the deck, and evenings belong to the outdoor bar, the BBQ, the fire pit and s'mores under starry Ontario skies.
Location: you're just off the scenic 1000 Islands Parkway, about 20 minutes from Thousand Islands National Park. Gananoque and Brockville, with boat tours, dining and shops, are an easy drive.
Good to know: check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Free parking is on site. There's no cleaning fee and no security deposit. Pets are not allowed. Booking here directly costs less than Airbnb, and you deal with your hosts, Justin and Cheryl, from start to finish.

Cancellation policy: Cancel 30 or more days before arrival for a full refund of what you've paid, less a 3% card processing fee. Cancel 14–29 days before arrival for a refund of half your deposit, less a 3% card processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable, unless we're able to rebook your dates.
